Not far from our city, on the other side of the Austrian border, you can enjoy an unusual experience. Drive along a disused railway line, through pristine forests and picturesque fields! The 23 km long tour can be completed at your own pace on bike racks for 4-12 people. Along the way, we have the opportunity to rest at 3 catering units, we pass by a bakery, a restaurant and a winery, and we can enrich the trip with cultural programs, because one of the stops is next to the Lackenbach Castle.

Railbike types:

• Standard railbike (4 person) – 2 bicycles, 1 bench for 2 person
• Family railbike (5 person) – 2 bicycles, 1 bench for 2 person, 1 seat against the direction of travel
• Birthday railbike (5 person) – 3 bicycles, 1 couch for 2 person
• Group 7 (7 person) – 3 bicycles, 4 seats, 1 small table
• Group 8 (8 person) – 4 bicycles, 4 seats (1 couch and a small table)
• Group 9 (9 person) – 4 bicycles, 5 seats, 1 small table
• Group 10 (10 person) – 5 bicycles, 5 seats, 1 small table with beer tap (beer is available at an additional cost)
• Railjet (12 person) – 5 bicycles, 5 seats, 2 place for children (max. 120 cm)
• Sheelchair railbike (3 person)

Important to know:

• The railbikes are driven using pedals, which fit on the rails like a railway carriage. All railbikes have pads that do not need to be rolled.
• The cars can be easily moved by hand, so even one person can pull them off the rail.
• Where the railway crosses the traffic roads, you can proceed by pressing a button or by manually lifting the barrier, after looking around carefully.
• The route on even days: Neckenmarkt -> Oberpullendorf. On these days, we depart from the following address: Bahngasse, 7311 Neckenmarkt (20 minutes by car from our hotel)
• The route on odd-numbered days: Oberpullendorf -> Neckenmarkt. On these days, we depart from the following address: Bahngasse, 7350 Oberpullendorf (35 minutes by car from our hotel)
• If required, you can also request a return transfer service from the hotel (price for up to 4 people: Sopron-Neckenmarkt: 8 €/person, Oberpullendorf-Sopron: 13 €/person. For more than 4 people, you can request a special offer.
• At the end of the tour, we can return to the starting point with shuttle buses (not included in the price, €6/person).
• The consumption of food with disposable packaging is not allowed on the railbikes.
