V4-hour reception service

Our 24-hour reception service provides our guests safety and comfort. In case you have any request, question or problem, we are more than happy to be at your service.

Air condition

Private thermostat can be found in the rooms. If you have any question about its functioning, please contact the reception.

Baby bed

We provide baby bed and high chair in the breakfast hall to the guests with child(ren) when required.

Bank card

Paying with the most popular bank cards (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa) is possible in our hotel.

Bathroom accessories

We favor our guests with basic bathroom accessories, which will be refilled during the residence only when asked. If you want us to refill the basic bathroom accessories, please contact our reception.

Bed-linen change

Our colleagues change the bed-linen in the room every 3 nights in case of a longer residence. If you want the bed-linen to be changed daily, please inform the reception about it

Blankets are provided free of charge for our guests’ request.


Consuming breakfast is possible between 7-10 a.m. in the breakfast hall downstairs. Beside the rich choice of food, we try to satisfy the special requests of our guests, however an advance conciliation is needed (e.g. gluten-, lactose free products, vegetarian kitchen).

Checkout time

Please check out of the hotel at 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. In case of a later checkout request, please agree with the reception.


The cleaning staff does a maintaining cleaning in the morning. If you do not claim this service, please put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door-handler.

If you need a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor or shaving foam, please contact our reception.

Cloth cleaning, -washing, -ironing

This service is available from Monday until Saturday, the cleaning service is not available on Sunday and on holidays. Only the clothes collected until 9 a.m. can be delivered back that day until 6 p.m.

Clothes that need dry-cleaning (and were collected until 9 a.m.) can be delivered back within 24 hours. Dry-cleaning is available from Monday until Friday, the service pauses on weekends and holidays.

In case if the “Do not disturb” sign is put on your door wen delivering the clean clothes, your package will be placed and can be taken over at the reception. Please contact the reception if you need an iron.

Let your luggage be smaller! You can leave your hair dryer at home, since each of our bathrooms has a hair dryer.


Lunch or dinner can be requested in the Jégverem Inn during the opening hours. Our dear guests will be welcomed with rich variety and abundant portions in our partner restaurant. The price of the half-board service can be settled with the room check, an advanced table booking is needed. In case of a request, the dishes can be delivered from the restaurant on weekdays (between 12:00 and 21:30). Please contact our reception about the details.

Internet access

Our hotel provides high speed wireless internet access in the guest rooms and the lobby. The internet is free using your own laptop. Connecting to the internet requires a password, which will be given to you at the reception.

You can park your car on the street in front of the hotel (free on the weekends; on weekdays parking meter             operates between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.), in the nearby of the hotel in the Kossuth Lajos street (free), or you can place your car in the underground garage that is located around 2-3 minutes away by foot (subject to fees).
